Professor Herb's Herbal Solutions Return Policy

At Professor Herb's, we prioritize delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. However, we do not offer a return policy for any purchases made. All sales are considered final upon payment.

You may ONLY return new, sealed, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full account credit.

Damaged/missing item exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

 

Defective Equipment Purchased from Professor Herb's:

We offer a limited return policy only for defective equipment purchased directly from us within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. 

To qualify for a return:

The equipment must retain at least 75% of its original capacity.

The defect must not have resulted from misuse, neglect, or alteration.

To initiate a return for defective equipment, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer support via proessorherbonline@gmail.com providing details of the defect and proof of purchase.

Upon approval from our customer support, send the defective equipment to:

Ensure to include a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief note explaining the defect within the return package.

Upon receipt and inspection of the defective equipment, if the return is approved, we will process a replacement. Please note that the replacement process may take up to two weeks from the receipt of the defective equipment.
